The UMAR MAC Series – Round Can Assembling Line is an advanced modular machine system engineered to perform multiple operations on round cans, such as flanging, top/bottom seaming, beading, anti-cut necking, expanding, and more—all in a single automated line. Designed for flexibility and performance, this line serves a wide range of round tin containers from food cans to paint pails and chemical drums.

Designed for the production of round can bodies, this line integrates multiple operations into a single system, including flanging, top and bottom seaming, beading, expanding, necking, and re-flanging. The result is efficient, consistent, and high-quality output.

Can bodies are transferred and processed through servo-controlled systems, ensuring precise positioning and synchronization across all stations. The modular architecture allows production of various diameters, heights, and shapes on a single line.

The system supports open-top and double-seamed cans, as well as straight and conical formats. All parameters are centrally managed via a 15” touchscreen HMI. Industry 4.0 compatibility enables full data integration and monitoring.

A servo-driven automatic height adjustment system ensures fast format changeover with minimal downtime. The compact footprint maximizes space efficiency in production environments.
